As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate accounts payable function.

Real Estate Accounts Payable Specialist
  • Manage expenses related to property management, process vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable operations for real estate management
  • Enter purchase orders and invoices into the system
  • Match purchase orders with invoices
  • Prepare payments for approval
  • Update vendor information
  • Follow up with vendors on service orders and service contracts
Requirements:
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably AppFolio
  • Previous experience as an accounts payable specialist in a real estate or property management environment
  • Knowledge of real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting

Work from home and adapt to night shift schedule (EST). Weekly pay. Base pay range: $7,200.00/yr - $7,800.00/yr.
