We are seeking an exceptional support specialist to join our team in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and CRM system maintenance.
  • Assist in document preparation and organization related to real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with transaction coordinators, run reports (e.g., CMAs), and handle transaction-related duties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction information.
  • Oversee and maintain client data in the CRM, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Regularly update information for both prospects and existing clients.
  • Track and update client birthdays and house anniversaries.
  • Segment client data to send targeted marketing campaigns to the appropriate audience.
  • Work closely with team members to support administrative needs, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
About this role:

This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from home. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our U.S.-based real estate teams, ensuring exceptional service to clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing administrative tasks, client support for real estate transactions, collaborating with the Transaction Coordinator, maintaining paperwork, and providing consistent follow-ups and personalized communication with clients after sales.
