About the Job

We are seeking a professional to provide support for our Enterprise clients after they have purchased our products. This role will be integral in helping these clients successfully use Atlassian tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide billing and licensing assistance to internal teams and external customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn new systems and processes to support post-sales activities for Enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Use an innovative approach to identify process gaps and suggest effective solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong background in providing customer and sales support through various channels.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including empathy and strong communication skills.
  • Experience creating quotes and supporting order management processes.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Robust multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Atlassian's suite of products, particularly Jira Service Desk and Confluence.
  • Experience in the enterprise software industry.
  • Background in process improvement and project management.
