Enterprise SAP Support Specialist

Drive business growth by delivering top-notch technical support for SAP applications. Collaborate with clients to analyze and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless system operation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and troubleshoot support issues logged with Service Desk in accordance with client SLAs.
  • Investigate and resolve issue causes, documenting solutions and problems for future reference.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and monitor progress, providing timely updates to clients.
  • Conduct unit acceptance testing of configuration undertaken and participate in Support Pack Testing.
  • Liaise with clients regarding issue status, adhering to SLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with 3rd Level Support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Manage tickets sent through the APP Support channel, performing client service request work as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of client and support center information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in SAP FICO application support.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English language both verbally and written.
  • Excellent customer relations skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to recognize and assess customer needs, prioritizing support accordingly.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
