Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Account Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of our clients' ecommerce strategies.

As an Ecommerce Account Professional, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and revenue.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, communicating effectively, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Manage and resolve account-related issues
  • Maintain account health by monitoring key performance indicators
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs
  • Handle day-to-day account administration
  • Provide periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and handle account challenges with a proactive mindset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
