Our ClientOur client is a renowned Australian-based company specializing in sunless tanning solutions. They combine luxury skincare with professional tanning technology, offering cruelty-free, vegan products enriched with natural and organic ingredients like argan oil and aloe vera. These products deliver a flawless, long-lasting bronze glow while nourishing the skin.
Their commitment to clean beauty and innovative formulations caters to both salon professionals and at-home users globally.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, full-stack marketing position ideal for someone who enjoys doing as much as they enjoy leading. You will own the digital marketing strategy and eCommerce performance across all customer-facing storefronts, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay, tailored by region (AU, NZ, UK, EU, etc.).
You will also help shape our tech stack and select the right email, automation, and performance tools to support international growth. This role includes ownership of email marketing to distributors and salons, including campaign development, platform selection, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, optimize, and grow regional Shopify storefronts and marketplace shopfronts (Amazon and eBay)
- Create and maintain product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance
- Build and execute promotional campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, and marketplaces
- Setting & managing social business storefronts (e.g. TikTok, etc.), integrated with Shopify as necessary.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for both B2C (consumers) and B2B (distributors, salons, educators), using a platform of your choosing
- Lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and optimize campaign performance
- Brief and/or create campaign assets — including banners, landing pages, email content, and marketplace visuals
- Monitor performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure unified messaging and market alignment
- Drive continuous improvement of the eCommerce tech stack and marketing automation workflows
- 5–8 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or DTC roles
- Proven experience creating and managing Amazon and eBay storefronts
- Strong experience managing Shopify sites and marketplace listings
- Confident in developing and running email marketing campaigns for both consumers and trade partners
- Ability to select and implement marketing tools to drive performance
- Strong balance of creative, strategic, and commercial skills
- Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG, and familiarity with international operations
