eCommerce Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to lead our eCommerce projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
  • Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards

Skills and Qualifications:

  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
