Job Title

We are seeking a Digital Strategist to drive our online sales platforms, develop business strategies, and improve traffic and conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, ecommerce and digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to create engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
