Customer Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled customer support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person and route them to a team member
  • Answer phone calls, chats, and reroute customers to team members
  • Work with Managers and customer support representatives to connect customers via video conferencing
  • Create best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintaining a positive environment
  • Educate customers on support functions
  • Provide feedback to leadership teams to improve customer experience
  • Connect senior specialists with scheduled customers
  • Facilitate urgent escalations by working with Managers and Senior Specialists

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative assistant, or relevant role preferred
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills to keep accurate records and important information up-to-date
  • Time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
  • Emotional intelligence to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the interaction
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with customers
