
Customer Experience Advocate

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled customer support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and route them to a team member
- Answer phone calls, chats, and reroute customers to team members
- Work with Managers and customer support representatives to connect customers via video conferencing
- Create best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintaining a positive environment
- Educate customers on support functions
- Provide feedback to leadership teams to improve customer experience
- Connect senior specialists with scheduled customers
- Facilitate urgent escalations by working with Managers and Senior Specialists
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience as a receptionist, scheduler, administrative assistant, or relevant role preferred
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to keep accurate records and important information up-to-date
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
- Emotional intelligence to adjust your communication style based on the nature of the interaction
- The ability to build lasting relationships with customers
