We are seeking a skilled Client Success Advocate to join our team. As a Client Success Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
This role requires a strong leader who can foster collaborative relationships with clients, develop personalized growth plans, and implement effective solutions to meet their needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in BPO/customer service environment
- 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience
- Proven track record in team development and coaching
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in performance management and metrics tracking
Your key responsibilities as a Client Success Advocate will include:
- Leading direct video interactions with international clients
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team of virtual assistants
- Shaping the future of our proprietary software through hands-on testing
- Building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets
- Creating pathways for assistant growth and development
