Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions or escalating when necessary.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deliver best-in-class customer experiences through prompt and professional responses
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and offer solutions or escalate when needed
- Become a product expert to provide accurate and timely support
- Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Own follow-ups to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex issues to drive resolution and growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or related fields
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics platforms is a plus
