  • Provide our users with an exceptional customer experience via in-app live chat, phone, and email.
  • Think critically and proactively to solve complex problems, taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely, effective resolutions.
  • Meticulously document all customer interactions and resolutions to maintain a clear record and identify recurring issues.

Key skills and competencies include:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Zendesk and telephony system proficiency.

To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in a similar customer support position, proven problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Zendesk and modern telephony systems. Outstanding command of the English language, both written and spoken, is also essential.
