Job Overview

We are seeking a Leasing Appointment Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of property showings, while providing exceptional support to prospective tenants.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments, ensuring accurate records and efficient workflow.
  • Follow up with leads, providing information about available properties, pricing, and requirements, to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings, fostering collaborative relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally, with empathy and expertise.

Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred, with a strong focus on team-oriented environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including tenants, leasing agents, and property managers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries, maintaining composure under pressure and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in YARDI and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and productivity in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities and workflows as needed.
