We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing connections with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Outreach: Utilize various communication channels to engage potential clients, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of outreach.
- Inbound Call Management: Respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, address inquiries, and convert leads into scheduled appointments.
- Provide accurate product or service information to callers and ensure prompt assistance is provided.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Assessment: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
- Must have experience in appointment-setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field being desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
