Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated professional to support our property management activities. As an Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by communicating with vendors, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Lease Administration: Assist with lease administration, including drafting agreements, collecting payments, and managing renewals.
  • Tenant Screening: Conduct thorough screenings, including background checks and verification of references, to ensure high-quality tenants.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including agreements, payments, and requests, using property management software or other relevant tools.
  • Lease Enforcement: Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules, addressing any violations or breaches in a timely manner.
  • Move-In/Out Process: Assist with move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections, documenting condition reports, and managing refunds.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular reports, including financial statements, occupancy reports, and summaries.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
