Remote Leasing Coordinator Job Description

About The Role

You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in a cloud-based platform
  • Create and assign support tickets using an internal system
  • Keep listings and leasing specials updated

Tools You'll Use

  • A cloud-based leasing CRM and property management platform
  • A cloud phone system
  • Internal communication and collaboration tools
  • Microsoft SharePoint – Access to building information and scripts
  • A task routing system for internal coordination
  • Time tracking software

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Requires overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time. Shift typically starts in the early to mid-evening in your time zone.

  • Experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Clear communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple platforms
  • Ability to follow scripts while also using good judgment
