Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Tech Support Representative.

About the Role

This is a part-time position requiring 4-5 hours of work per day, 5 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line customer support via phone and email, actively listening to customers' concerns, and utilizing troubleshooting guides to resolve issues or escalate when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to manage customer support
  • Follow structured guides to resolve technical issues or escalate when required
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions
  • Assist in writing and updating troubleshooting documentation
Requirements
  • Fluent English communication skills with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a tech troubleshooting environment is an asset
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow structured guides
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
