Job Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support via live chats, emails, and phone calls.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information.
- Apply best practices for customer happiness and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
- Communicate effectively with developers, other departments, and various IT companies.
- Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills are essential.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role is required.
- Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is mandatory.
- Proven ability to provide support via live chats is necessary.
- Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and research skills are required.
- A positive and responsible attitude is crucial.
- Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) is necessary.
- Experience in technical support is highly desirable.
