Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer support via live chats, emails, and phone calls.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information.
  • Apply best practices for customer happiness and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with developers, other departments, and various IT companies.
Requirements:
  • Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills are essential.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role is required.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to provide support via live chats is necessary.
  • Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and research skills are required.
  • A positive and responsible attitude is crucial.
  • Access to a personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload) is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in technical support is highly desirable.
