About the Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support on our products and services, troubleshooting technical challenges, and ensuring that our customers receive seamless assistance.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of web hosting concepts, and experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments. Additionally, proficiency with content management platforms, hosting control panels, email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms is highly desirable.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support on our products and services via live chat and tickets.
  • Troubleshoot technical challenges and simplify complex issues into actionable steps for customers of all expertise levels.
  • Contribute to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.
  • Enhance our Kodee AI Assistant to deliver smarter, more intuitive support that improves the customer experience.

You will thrive in this role if:

  • You are fluent in English (C1 or native) and have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • You have experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • You are able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and navigate challenges with resilience and resourcefulness.
