Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our technical support team. This role is responsible for managing the initial triage of product-related tickets referred from the frontline helpdesk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Review and triage incoming or existing tickets from the refer queue, ensuring accurate categorization and prioritization.
    • Investigate product-related issues using internal tools, logs, and documentation to determine next steps.
    • Provide initial technical analysis and clarification to reduce unnecessary escalations.
    • Collaborate and endorse concerns with product teams, QAs and developers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of complex issues.
    • Maintain clear and detailed ticket notes to support downstream teams and ensure auditability.
    • Identify recurring issues and contribute to root cause analysis and process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in IT support or equivalent experience
  • Fresh graduates welcome - training provided
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
