We're seeking a results-driven professional to manage sales and client accounts in the Vision Care Field.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide expert advice on products, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing sales strategies to achieve objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential clients and establishing new business relationships
  • Providing expert advice on Vision Care products and handling client queries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor behavior
  • Attending industry-related events and workshops
Requirements
  • A university degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English is a must; local language is strongly desirable
  • Key competencies/behaviours: Results Driven, Leadership, Customer / Quality Focus, Empowerment / Accountability, Mutual Respect / Trust / Loyalty
  • Experience: 2-5 years of similar role, preferable from FMCG industry; able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth
