Account Management Professional

The Account Officer plays a pivotal role in sustaining existing client relationships and key customer connections by developing robust ties with assigned corporate accounts and fostering interactions with influential stakeholders to ensure that sales targets are met.

Main responsibilities revolve around managing clients' expectations and overseeing that clients' requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline.

  • Ensure enrollment prerequisites for new accounts are met and properly validated by the Sales Team (e.g. benefit matrix, list of members, signed contract).
  • Establish and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients through regular client visits and proactively assist in addressing client concerns to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Liaise between internal teams and corporate accounts to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
  • Closely coordinate with medical insurance providers.

Background and Qualifications

  • A minimum Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
  • No less than 2 year(s) of solid working experience in the related field and a proven track record is mandatory for this position.
  • Prior experience working in TPA/HMO or insurance companies is advantageous.
