Job Role:

Property Management Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs by scheduling appointments and overseeing completion.
  • Manage leases and tenant compliance, ensuring accurate records and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Process financial transactions, including rent collection and accounts payable/receivable, while maintaining strict budgetary controls.
  • Develop strategic plans to attract new tenants, utilizing market research and industry insights to optimize results.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance with U.S. laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on relevant changes and updates.
  • Administer property transactions, including processing bills for payment and generating invoices.
  • Oversee payroll operations for maintenance technicians, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial dealings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Possess experience in financial management, data analysis, and invoicing, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Showcase marketing and tenant acquisition expertise, driving business growth through effective promotional strategies.
  • Display knowledge of U.S. real estate laws and regulations, applying this expertise to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.
