Property Management Professional Wanted

Job Description:

As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the daily management of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Manage lease agreements, monitor tenant compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee financial transactions, including rent collections, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
  • Drive marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships, process payroll for technicians, and perform data entry for property transactions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in financial management, including rent collection and invoicing.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and processing payroll.
  • Tech-savviness with experience in property management software and virtual tools.
