About the role
A Property Specialist is responsible for managing, buying, selling, renting, or leasing properties. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through real estate processes, ensuring they make informed decisions. Property specialists may also be involved in property management, overseeing the upkeep and value appreciation of real estate assets.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties.

  • Evaluate property values, trends, and market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.

  • Develop and maintain a network of buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.

  • Conduct property inspections and provide clients with detailed reports.

  • Negotiate deals and facilitate property transactions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other industry professionals.

  • Understand clients' specific needs and goals to tailor services accordingly.

  • Provide advice on real estate investment opportunities.

What we're looking for
