We're looking for an FSC Rater Manager for a fast-food franchisee in the Philippines.

The FSC Rater Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the team of FSC Raters to ensure consistent evaluation, monitoring, and enforcement of food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all company Japanese Restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, train, and develop FSC Raters to effectively carry out food safety and cleanliness evaluations.
  • Schedule and assign rating activities across branches, ensuring fair and consistent coverage.
  • Review rater performance and provide feedback, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.

2. Quality & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all stores comply with food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective actions recommended by FSC Raters.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and align internal standards accordingly.

3. Auditing & Reporting

  • Review and consolidate rating results from FSC Raters.
  • Prepare regular reports for management highlighting compliance levels, trends, and risk areas.
  • Recommend improvements in processes, training, and operational standards.

4. Process & Policy Improvement

  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Training teams to enhance food safety awareness.
  • Develop and update rating tools, checklists, and guidelines.
  • Initiate programs to raise hygiene and cleanliness scores across all units.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with outlet managers to address findings and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations for long-term improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Public Health, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in food safety, sanitation, or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stores and teams with attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite reporting
  • Monday to Friday; 08:00 to 6:00
