Business Development Representative

Overview

This is a performance-driven role where you will execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns to generate and qualify new client opportunities.

You will be responsible for executing outbound communication with prospects, delivering consistent qualified leads, and contributing to company growth and your own earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and qualify client interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize outreach messaging and strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation goals.
Performance expectations

This is a high-accountability role with strict monthly targets:

  • Month 1: 2 qualified leads.
  • Month 2: 3 qualified leads.
  • Month 3 and beyond: 4 qualified leads per month.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
  • Base Salary: $2000/month.
  • Performance Bonus: $500 per qualified lead beyond the monthly target.
  • Bonus eligibility begins after landing your first 6 qualified leads.
  • Bonuses are paid out 2 months after the lead is landed, contingent on client retention.
