Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide support.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
