Role Overview

The role of a Food and Beverage Ambassador involves creating an exceptional customer experience through outstanding service and ensuring that our customers leave the store feeling satisfied and engaged.

  • You will be responsible for greeting customers warmly, answering their queries, and providing recommendations on food and beverages to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being responsive to customer needs and making informed product suggestions.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of our menu offerings, promotions, and products to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities and maintain accuracy in processing transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
