
Virtual Support Professional

As a virtual support professional, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Checking mail, fax, and internet mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicating with clients via phone or written correspondence to address concerns and resolve issues
Requirements:
- College degree preferred; no experience required
- High school and senior high school graduates with BPO experience welcome
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
- BPO experience is a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work onsite and reside within 25km to 35km of the work location
