Job DescriptionThe Experience Delivery Expert is responsible for overseeing the customer journey by serving as a main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems. This person will be enthusiastic about customer satisfaction at all times to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for online customers through phone calls and internal systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and thorough manner within a 24-hour time frame.
- Serve as an escalation point for resolution of issues.
- Conduct thorough review of order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy and cross-referencing of orders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end customer experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization.
- Assist with research, collection, database administration, and analysis of customer data and feedback.
- Work independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service environment or call center environment.
- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to multitask and deliver on a high volume of projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Team player.
- Upbeat, energetic personality with a desire to learn.
