Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support division, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from customers regarding their home security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle technical troubleshooting and coordinate with field technicians for on-site support when needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work onsite
- Amenable to company processes
