Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE to join our team at Infinity Outsourcing Services. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing Exceptional Customer Service
  • Assist Field Technicians in repairs and maintenance of equipment
  • Perform daily tasks, including reviewing pre-assigned areas, taking additional service requests, and securing transportation allowance
  • Communicate with dealers/account representatives regarding service inquiries and concerns
  • Conduct actual repairs of defective units at dealer and/or account locations
  • Test, observe, and properly endorse serviced units
  • Prepare proper documentation of service transactions

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Field Technicians in monitoring the status of service requests
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to contracted Technical Services Coordinator and Trainer
  • Participate in process, campaigns, and programs implementations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
