Customer Service Advocate

TORCH SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about products and services, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer service orientation with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or call center is preferred but not required.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating through multiple systems.
