Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for commonly used applications.
  • Administration for Office 365/Google Workspace.
  • Resolving file system syncing issues.
  • Network connectivity issues.
  • Email related issues.
  • Hardware related issues.
  • Printer and Scanning issues.
  • Account and Email suspicious activity.
