Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving operational excellence.
The role involves leading and inspiring a support team to deliver outstanding customer experiences, managing escalations, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and leadership skills, with experience in SQL, team leadership, Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
The role also requires cloud systems experience, excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 8+ years of production environment experience
- 5+ years of SQL and team leadership
- Strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
- Cloud systems experience (networking, storage)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Fully remote role
