Customer Transformation Role

The Customer Transformation Director leads strategic engagements to address customer engagement challenges in large enterprises. This role serves as the senior advisor on customer strategy, bridging business needs with solutions across digital and legacy platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Leads the scoping and design of transformation engagements tailored to enterprise client contexts.
  • Strategy Advisory: Creates customer journey maps and engagement blueprints for clients undergoing change.
  • Strategy Execution: Oversees the execution and delivery of strategic engagements across sectors.
  • Governance: Ensures that client engagements meet quality, delivery milestones, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years in top-tier management consulting or CX transformation advisory.
  • Proven track record engaging C-level clients and leading consulting-style engagements.
  • Strong ability to manage executive clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial acumen and exposure to digital solutions or B2B offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Strategy (preferred).
