About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Service Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our contact center delivers exceptional service levels and efficiency.


As a Service Performance Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and analyze service levels, forecasting, and adherence. You will need to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. This may involve analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior management.


Your expertise will also be required to oversee intra-day performance, manage forecasts, and communicate hourly updates on contact center performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including National Response Partners (NRP), to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.


You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to process and analyze large datasets quickly and accurately. Your mathematical and problem-solving skills will enable you to make informed decisions and drive business results.


Skill Requirements
  • 1 year work experience as Real Time Analyst or similar role
  • Prior call / contact center experience, 1 year minimum required
  • Strong oral / written communication skills (communication will be with various levels of client organizational structures)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Working knowledge of Avaya or other ACD system
