Job Opportunity:

Seeking a skilled professional to implement and manage contact center solutions for customers.

About the Role:
  • Drive implementation of RingCX and RCCC functionality within new Contact Center designs, builds, and training.
  • Ensure delivery of full benefits to customers through quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously with minimal oversight.
  • Assess solution specifications against customer requirements and recommend solution designs and changes that optimize value.
  • Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process- including meeting presentations, business requirements documents, sign-off agreements etc.
Requirements:
  • Prioritize responsibilities and deliver on commitments in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting global customers in multiple geographies.
