Job Description

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our team as a Global Analytic Insights Consultant. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing call center performance and customer satisfaction data to support operational improvement initiatives.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Review customer satisfaction and other operational metric results on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to identify trends in performance; produce monthly management reports
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and identify performance improvement opportunities using statistical methods
  • Determine areas for focus and conduct analyses to understand the drivers of performance gaps
  • Coordinate with statisticians for development of key driver analysis, statistical linkages and calibration between customer satisfaction and other operational metrics
  • Coordinate data feeds with operations to provide data for analysis
  • Support relationship-building with peers in operations to understand current operational processes and identify gaps that may be contributing to lower key metric results
  • Facilitate and conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying drivers behind performance gaps
  • Facilitate action planning sessions with call center operations or other stakeholders
  • Develop updates to reflect current status of activities; monitor progress against action plans and contribute to decisions to ensure goals are met

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking and analytical aptitude; ability to apply quantitative data analysis techniques to improve work processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in an environment where activities and deliverables are dependent on a diverse group of technical and business functional experts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
