Strategic Email Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled email strategist to drive revenue through effective email campaigns.

This is a challenging role that requires a seasoned expert with extensive experience in managing large-scale email programs, leveraging data insights to inform strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, be proficient in using email platforms like Klaviyo, and have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email strategies aligned with business goals
  • Analyze data and customer insights to inform campaign optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create engaging email content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth DTC brand
  • Proven track record of managing $1M+ in email-attributed revenue
  • Extensive knowledge of email platforms, including Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
