Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Klaviyo Expertise: Possess advanced proficiency in Klaviyo, utilizing its features to optimize email marketing performance
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Implement audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various email elements to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Automation: Implement automated email marketing workflows to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Compliance: Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
  • Candidates with experience in a Klaviyo Elite Partner agency will be highly regarded.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.
  • A/B testing and segmentation expertise.
  • Creative and strategic thinking to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
