Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic email campaigns that drive engagement, build customer loyalty, and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Development:
  • Craft compelling content and create visually engaging email designs tailored to target audiences.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using email analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing email campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is also necessary, as well as strong writing and editing skills.
