What You'll Do
- Build and execute email/SMS campaigns that boost engagement and retention
- Create and optimize flows in Klaviyo targeting the right users at the right time
- Own campaign setup: strategy, segmentation, copywriting, testing, and reporting
- Monitor deliverability and protect sender reputation through best practices
- Analyze performance and data insights
- Align messaging with brand goals across internal teams
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo required)
- Strong grasp of deliverability, list hygiene, and segmentation
- Skilled in copywriting and conversion-focused messaging
- Data-driven, resourceful, and execution-focused
- Positive, energetic, and resilient personality
