At Spring Forward, the Email Marketing Specialist is entrusted with revolutionising our email communication strategies, focusing on enhancing automated email processes for existing clients and crafting compelling campaigns to attract new clients. This role is pivotal in developing and executing innovative email strategies that effectively funnel clients into our current products and services thereby elevating client engagement and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

CRM Database Management:

  • Manages and updates the CRM database to ensure accurate client information for targeted email campaigns.

Email Campaign Creation:

  • Designs and executes email marketing campaigns tailored to various client segments.

Content Development:

  • Develops compelling email content including copywriting and visual design that aligns with Spring Forward's branding.

Automated Email Workflow Development:

  • Creates and manages automated email workflows for different stages of the client journey.

Campaign Performance Analysis:

  • Regularly analyses campaign performance using CRM metrics adjusting strategies for improved engagement and conversion.

A/B Testing:

  • Conducts A/B tests on email campaigns to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and overall effectiveness.

List Segmentation:

  • Segments email lists based on client behaviour, preferences, and engagement history for personalised marketing.

Email Personalisation:

  • Implements personalisation techniques in emails to enhance client engagement and relevance.

Funnel Development:

  • Builds and optimises email funnels to guide potential and existing clients towards specific products or services.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensures all email marketing activities comply with legal standards and best practices, including GDPR and anti-spam laws.

Reporting to Management:

  • Prepares and presents detailed reports on email campaign results and insights to senior management.

Subscriber Management:

  • Grows and maintains the email subscriber list implementing strategies to prevent list decay and increase engagement.

Client Feedback Incorporation:

  • Gathers and incorporates client feedback to refine email content and strategies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to align email campaigns with other marketing initiatives and goals.

Innovative Strategy Implementation:

  • Stays updated with the latest email marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative strategies to keep campaigns fresh and effective.

Training and Support:

  • Provides training and support to team members on best practices in email marketing and CRM usage.

Email Template Design:

  • Designs and updates email templates to ensure a consistent and attractive look across all communications.

Quality Assurance:

  • Performs quality checks on all email campaigns to ensure error-free and professional communication.

Client Journey Mapping:

  • Maps out and understands the client journey within the CRM to create targeted and effective email touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Works with sales and customer service teams to ensure email strategies align with overall client experience and business objectives.

Event Participation:

  • Participates in company events and promotions representing Spring Forward and engaging with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of office management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
