Email Marketing Specialist Role

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of global email marketing programs for various stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing emails as per the global email marketing calendar, while maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Functioning as a subject matter expert for a growing team of email marketers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to align email communications with individual team goals and objectives.
  • Building, testing, and deploying scalable automated programs using Marketo and Salesforce, with a focus on robust segmentation and personalization.
  • Monitoring email performance, running A/B tests, and analyzing data to optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI for stakeholders.

Additionally, you will drive email best practices, including deliverability, compliance, accessibility, and brand consistency across your efforts. To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills and a deep understanding of email performance metrics, segmentation strategies, and customer journey development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present to senior leadership.
  • A strong eye for detail in email QA, testing, and user experience.
