Job Opportunity

A forward-thinking Email Marketing Specialist is needed to drive engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic email and SMS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript), and a proven track record of building and optimizing lifecycle flows and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven email and SMS marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and apply insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Maintain and optimize campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
  • Familiarity with popup and list-building tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear, proactive communication.
