Job Title: Customer Service Liaison Specialist

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound inquiries from providers and members regarding Eligibility and Benefits (medical and behavioral health), Claims Inquiry, and Provider Inquiry pre-authorization.
• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
