Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Process Excellence to lead our organization's efforts in driving process improvement and efficiency. This senior leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive vision for process excellence, leveraging lean principles, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative approach to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on the company's process excellence strategy to align with business objectives
  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of process excellence projects across the organization
  • Oversee the portfolio of improvement projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and delivering measurable financial and operational benefits
  • Personally lead and mentor critical cross-functional transformation projects
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of process improvement professionals
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the Process Excellence team and its business partners
