Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the social media presence of our freight forwarding clients.

The successful candidate will create, curate, and publish high-quality content to strengthen brand positioning, attract new customers, and support business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our client's brand and sales goals.
  • Create a content calendar focused on customer acquisition, thought leadership, and brand trust.
  • Identify the right channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and industry groups.
  • Produce engaging social content: industry updates, service highlights, case studies, customer testimonials, infographics, and videos.
  • Translate freight forwarding expertise into easy-to-understand posts for potential customers.
  • Use storytelling to highlight company success, customer wins, and service reliability.
  • Engage with followers, prospective customers, and industry leaders online.
  • Monitor mentions, comments, and direct inquiries; respond promptly.
  • Participate in logistics-related conversations, LinkedIn groups, and communities to improve brand visibility.
  • Track performance across platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports to the client's leadership and our organization on campaign performance.
  • Optimize posting schedule, formats, and messaging based on analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of social media experience (B2B preferred).
  • Freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
